- Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
- If you want to cancel the order before the item being processed, you will get a 100% full refund.
- If you would like to cancel your purchase but the item has began to process, it will take a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the item.
- We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
Returns (if applicable)
- If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction. To get in touch concerning a return or cancellation, please email us here.
- We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
- New, unworn items can be returned to Gelcharm within 100 days of delivery. The shipping fee should be paid by the seller's part for returning and will get the refunds after Gelcharm receive the returned iterms.
- Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind which can not be reusable and resalable, those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take around 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
